Job description

The Mid-Market Account Executive, Creator Ad Partnerships, acts as the CEO of their book of business, owning the overarching strategy for revenue growth, diversification, margin health and excellent client service. They are consultative sellers, brokering complex creator partnerships that span audio, video, social and experiential. They partner with the Customer Service team and Amazon Ads counterparts to deliver bar raising results for brands and creators.

They are experts in the podcast space, the creator economy, the needs of their customers, and efficient ways of working cross functionally.
Key job responsibilities
Owns ad revenue generation and health of account list, strategically advising customers with a POV on their business. Owns the strategy that incentivizes clients to increase, diversify, and see increased value in investment
Maintains and develops deep C suite agency & client relationships working across media format buying types. Has existing expertise across audio, video, social, live events and branded content formats.
Leads high quality external as well as internal engagements, making efficient use of stakeholder time, while capturing, scaling and executing actionable outcomes.
Achieves monthly KPIs including, but not limited to customer presentations, quotes and wins
Continually develops quality and quantity of opportunities needed to achieve territory goals, providing regular funnel activity/updates
Manages client projects from beginning to end and works with internal teams on timelines, internal and external communication, resources, and deliverables; delivers project timelines to clients and proactively keeps documentation and project management software updated
Attends client functions, industry events and travels to see key customers in person
Cultivates and seeks new opportunities within current clients and agencies; prospects new clients and assists in the creation and delivery of pitches
Reviews all assigned work to ensure quality control and the achievement of the finalized goal
