What is an Amazon Per Delivery job?

Amazon Per Delivery jobs are positions where workers are paid for each package or order they deliver, rather than receiving an hourly wage or salary. These jobs are typically available through Amazon Flex, a program that allows independent contractors to deliver packages using their own vehicles. Drivers choose delivery blocks that fit their schedules, pick up packages from Amazon facilities, and deliver them to customers’ doors.
