Job description

OGA9 Launch
The Amazon operations team is looking for Dock Clerks with a strong record of achieving results to join the expanding team supporting operations leaders and associates in delivering strong operations results within our fulfillment centers. Dock Clerks will also be responsible for communicating instructions to other associates, motivating them, and keeping their work areas safe.
This position qualifies for a $10,000 internal launch bonus.
Eligibility Requirements: Candidates are ineligible to receive more than one Launch Bonus within a calendar year. In addition, any candidate whose current site is 50 miles or less from the new launch site will not receive a launch bonus. Bonus payments are payable in accordance with the Company's standard payroll practice and subject to applicable withholding taxes.

Things to know about working in an Amazon Fulfillment Center:

• We work to regulate our sites as much as possible, but even with climate controls the noise and temperature levels can vary day to day. Hearing protection is available.
• You may be asked to work on a secure mezzanine at a height of up to 40 feet, or on powered equipment (forklift, cherry picker, etc.)
• You may be asked to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours, and push, pull, squat, bend and reach with or without reasonable accommodation.
For this role, you will need to be:
• At least 18 years old, and authorized to work in the United States
• Able to work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
• Able to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience

- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required

The starting pay for this position is listed below including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, you are eligible for additional earnings including overtime pay and performance bonuses. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
