Job Description

COMPENSATION:

  • $23.50/hr

  • Paid overtime 

  • Referral bonuses

SHIFT DETAILS:

  • 9–10 hour shifts

  • Shifts start at 9:30am

  • 4 shift per week - we deliver 7 days a week

  • Consistent scheduling with advance notice during Peak and Prime seasons

DELIVERY ASSOCIATE RESPONISBILITIES:

  • Safely operate a company-provided Amazon delivery van

  • Deliver 150–300+ packages per shift depending on route

  • Use handheld device for routing and delivery confirmation

  • Load and unload packages up to 50 lbs

  • Follow all traffic laws and safety procedures

  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

  • Maintain safe driving metrics and compliance standards

  • Provide professional customer service

Safety is non-negotiable. We use telematics and real-time monitoring to coach and reward safe driving behavior. Drivers who demonstrate consistent safety excellence are recognized and incentivized.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be 21+ years old

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Clean driving record

  • Pass 4 panel drug screening

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Comfortable working in all weather conditions

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
