Job description

Amazon Merch on Demand is building a store experience that transforms how sports teams and organizations create, coordinate, and purchase custom merchandise. We're looking for a Senior UX Designer to own the end-to-end customer experience-from storefront creation through purchase and fulfillment. You'll design experiences that leverage AI and automation to make complex coordination effortless.
This role requires both strategic thinking and flawless execution

You'll identify opportunities to expand into new customer segments, design systems that scale, and create a foundation for long-term growth.
Key job responsibilities
You'll drive UX from concept to launch for this store experience built for sports teams and organizations, partnering closely with a Product Manager who owns product vision and strategy. You'll define how teams create custom storefronts, how AI generates on-brand designs, how customers discover and customize products, and how they coordinate purchases.
Working with engineering, data science, business development, and cross-functional partners, you'll advocate for customers through research, facilitate brainstorming sessions, present to senior leadership, and ensure quality through development and launch.
About the team
You'll join the Fashion & Fitness Subsidiaries UX team at Amazon-a group that includes Shopbop and Zappos, known for elevated craft, customer obsession, and creative problem-solving. While you'll support Merch on Demand (owned by a peer organization), you'll bring our team's unique perspective: designing intuitive shopping experiences that inspire and make everyday shopping easy.
If you want to build something new at Amazon scale with real ownership, this is the role.
