We are looking for a talented transactional attorney to support our rapidly growing and evolving Devices & Services business. You will work closely with business development, product, and go-to-market teams as counsel on strategic partnership deals across a variety of products, including Appstore distribution deals with major app developers, Fire TV integration deals with third-party device manufacturers, and inbound technology transactions for other Amazon products (such as e-Readers, Tablets, and Alexa products). You will structure, draft, and negotiate a range of agreements, and counsel internal clients on various legal issues related to business operations
You will develop strategies for handling legal issues in creative, business-centric ways and build processes that address risk and allow the business flexibility and freedom to move quickly.
