Multiple Positions Available:
• Collaborate with International Expansion leadership to define and execute eero's internationalization strategy.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Legal, Packaging, Sales, Marketing, Engineering) to evaluate new international launch requests, vet feasibility, and drive execution of the international roadmap.
• Use data to validate hypotheses, inform decision-making, and prioritize launches across multiple countries and channels.
• Escalate technical and program risks, blockers, and tradeoff scenarios to decision-makers with clear impact analysis, enabling fast resolution and minimal disruption to execution.

• Develop subject matter expertise in stakeholder workflows to improve program efficiency and reduce friction across handoffs.

• Create and maintain self-service resources, tools, and documentation to enable teams to move faster and reduce dependency.
• Respond to requests from leadership and stakeholders with dependable SLAs, ensuring clarity and accountability.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field and four years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
Must have four years of experience in the following skill(s):
1. Collaborating with engineering teams to design scalable workflows, system integrations, and compliance automation.
2. Driving product/program strategy and execution for product launches with cross-functional technical dependencies.
3. Using data analysis (SQL, forecasting, and metrics dashboards) to guide roadmap decisions and validate business hypotheses.
4. Managing cross-functional dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs with technical and business stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
The pay range for this position in San Francisco, CA is $138,965.00/year to $179,600.00/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
