Overview:


The Sr. Amazon Channel Execution Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of the Amazon account to ensure smooth operations and support topline growth 


Key Accountabilities:

  • Serve as the organization's go-to expert on Amazon Vendor Central and the 1P operating model utilizing a deep knowledge of how all of Amazon's internal systems operate
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Amazon, the Director of Sales, and all cross-functional internal teams, including warehouse operations and logistics, retail and demand planning, and data entry teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication in both directions
  • Facilitate and drive execution across every operational workstream tied to the account; PO management, item setups, catalog maintenance, order file accuracy, and financial reconciliation; ensuring each function's owners deliver accurately and on time
  • Stay current on Amazon's evolving operational requirements (EDI, routing, compliance standards) and translate them into clear guidance for internal teams
  • Proactively surface risks and gaps before they become problems, and coordinate the right people to resolve them quickly
  • Ensure clear and accurate reporting and updating of ASIN level source ability, and work directly with the Amazon team to resolve order discrepancies issues that put confirmation and fill rates at risk
  • Own the Global NIS process behind all product launch, starting with a clear understanding of the assortment and pricing strategy, and clearly communicating all the inputs needed to begin the NIS/ASIN creation process with the necessary teams 
  • Oversee new item setup (NIS) creation and facilitate the upload process, track ASIN creation and receipt of initial POs
  • Ensure all assets needed for site (imagery, content, and related inputs) are communicated to the appropriate teams and executed, in partnership with the site experience team
  • Own the Amazon catalog as the account's source of truth, coordinating monthly updates and sourceability scrubs to keep data accurate internally and in Vendor Central
  • Partner with the site experience team on weekly variation updates to maintain a clean catalog, with a deep understanding of catalog implications on overall site experience optimization
  • Oversee the Amazon dilution tracker and the process for determining what is owed and approved for payment, ensuring accurate, on-time tracking and reporting
  • Coordinates with Amazon Chargeback resolution & Credit team, building strategies to reduce chargeback impact, and serve as the point person for chargeback and price dispute resolution with Amazon, working toward zero outstanding disputes
  • Own communication and next steps on product compliance issues, partnering with the Haddad compliance team to keep the business audit-ready
  • Leverage AI tools, automation, and modern workflow platforms to optimize reporting, tracking, and cross-functional coordination - reducing friction and increasing execution speed
  • Support global regional teams (Canada, Europe, Mexico, MENA) by sharing US process frameworks, playbooks, and execution standards
  • Special projects as assigned

Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities/Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
  • 3-5+ years' of hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central and the 1P model
  • Experience managing new item setup (NIS) and ASIN creation, PO tracking, EDI, and Amazon routing/compliance requirements 
  • Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills with attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen for dilution and margin tracking
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (knowledge of AS400 a plus)
