About the Role
The Strategy & Operations team supports strategic planning, business reporting, and executive-defined priority initiatives across a variety of business units at Twitch. As a member of the team, you will focus specifically on growth in our Ads business by delivering new strategic insights, recommendations, and ongoing operational support in partnership with our Twitch Ads Product and Amazon Ad Sales teams.
You will report to our Director of Strategy & Operations

You can work from San Francisco, CA or New York, NY.
You Will
- Lead regular business reviews with senior level executives, synthesizing inputs from multiple teams, identifying key performance trends, and conducting ad-hoc analysis as necessary
- Act as the Go-To-Market and operational lead on major sales initiatives; you'll partner with data and product teams to ideate, size, and prioritize ways to address key customer challenges, then collaborate with sellers to develop client pitch materials and understand customer feedback, and ultimately report back results and learnings to senior stakeholders
- Collaborate closely and manage multi-team projects with ad sales, ads product, and other Twitch teams (content, finance, BD, etc.)
- Design, monitor, and analyze business reports and performance tracking dashboards
- Represent the ads business while contributing to overall monetization business plans, long-term strategies, resource allocation, and goal setting
- Present work, build consensus, and effectively influence senior-level stakeholders
