Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Amazon & E-Tail Marketplace Specialist to support the day-to-day management and growth of our Amazon business, including international marketplaces and TikTok Shop.
This role will serve as a key operational partner to the Director of Amazon & E-tail Sales and offers significant exposure to channel strategy, product launches, and marketplace expansion. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who brings foundational marketplace experience and is eager to grow into a larger ownership role over time.
You will help coordinate product launches, merchandising, content strategy, and cross-functional execution while ensuring projects move efficiently from planning through launch. This role will also take increasing ownership of international Amazon marketplaces and TikTok Shop as the business continues to expand.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, highly organized, and eager to learn, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Additional duties may be assigned)
Marketplace Operations & Merchandising
  • Support daily management of Amazon Seller Central across the US and international marketplaces.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating Amazon Storefront merchandising to align with seasonal campaigns, promotions, and launches.
  • Coordinate listing updates, A+ content, and asset deployment.
  • Help monitor listing health to resolve catalog issues or suppressions.

Product Launch & Go-to-Market Coordination
  • Support planning and execution of product launches across Amazon and TikTok Shop.
  • Coordinate launch readiness with marketing, creative, and supply chain teams.
  • Assist with activation plans and launch checklists.

Content Strategy & Asset Management
  • Coordinate asset flow between internal teams and external agency partners.
  • Ensure channel-specific content requirements are met.
  • Participate in content brainstorming and development.

International Marketplace & TikTok Shop Support
  • Assist in managing international Amazon marketplaces, including launch readiness.
  • Support ongoing expansion and optimization of TikTok Shop.
  • Help coordinate promotions, listings, and merchandising initiatives.

Project Management & Reporting
  • Maintain and manage cross-functional project workflows in Monday.com.
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Assist with hindsight reporting on seasonal performance and launches.
  • Support documentation of processes and workflows.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Education and Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience working with Amazon Seller Central.
  • Experience supporting large, growing brands, high catalog quantities 1,000+, and sales volumes 20M+.
  • Experience supporting product listings, launches, or marketplace operations.
  • Exposure to TikTok Shop or participation in launching a TikTok Shop channel.

Special Requirements:
  • Some travel may be required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience using project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, Jira, etc.)
  • Experience with international Amazon marketplaces.
  • Experience coordinating creative or marketing assets.
  • Experience working with agencies or external partners.
