Job Summary:
Pyramid Consulting, Inc is a leading company in the IT industry, and they are seeking a talented .NET Developer for a full-time position in Chicago, IL. The role involves designing and deploying enterprise applications using the .NET stack and requires strong experience in application development and cloud environments.
Responsibilities:
• Designing and deploying enterprise applications with C# , .NET Framework, Entity Framework, LINQ in a multi-threaded application software development with knowledge of SOA, SaaS, REST, Web Services.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
• Experience in application deployment in Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Pivotal Cloud Foundry or any other public or private cloud platform.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with .Net, C# and Web service development.
• IT Industry Experience with 6-8 years of hands on experience on .net stack which includes .NET C#, Web service development, WCF, Web API.
• Designing and deploying enterprise applications with C#, .NET Framework, Entity Framework, LINQ in a multi-threaded application software development with knowledge of SOA, SaaS, REST, Web Services.
• At least 3 years of experience in Relational database/SQ. Experience and exposure to SSIS, SSRS.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience, including analysis, design, development and testing (on Custom application development platforms such as .Net technologies).
• At least 2 years of experience in Test Driven Development(TDD) involving Design patterns & Dependency Injection.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
Preferred:
• Experience in application deployment in Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Pivotal Cloud Foundry or any other public or private cloud platform (Preferred: Pivotal Cloud Foundry.
