Job description

The Sponsored Products and Brands team at Amazon Ads is re-imagining the advertising landscape through advanced generative AI technologies - revolutionizing how millions of customers discover products and engage with brands across Amazon.com and beyond. We are at the forefront of re-inventing advertising experiences, bridging human creativity with artificial intelligence to transform every aspect of the advertising lifecycle - from ad creation and optimization to performance analysis and customer insights. We are a passionate group of innovators dedicated to developing responsible and intelligent AI technologies that balance the needs of advertisers, enhance the shopping experience, and strengthen the marketplace ecosystem

If you're energized by solving complex challenges and pushing the boundaries of what's possible with AI, join us in shaping the future of advertising.
The Principal PMT in this role will lead product strategy and execution for an exciting new product at the intersection of advertising and creator commerce. You will work directly with commerce-related content creators-both publishers and social media influencers-to build products that connect them with advertisers in ways that maximize their earnings while delivering measurable, best-in-class performance for brands.
This is a zero-to-one opportunity. You will define the product vision and roadmap for how Amazon Ads enables advertisers to reach high-intent shoppers through trusted creator content-across storefronts, social posts, articles, and affiliate links

You'll own the end-to-end experience: how advertisers discover, fund, and measure creator placements; how
creators surface and monetize sponsored products; and how the underlying systems match the right products to the right creators to maximize conversion.
The role requires a leader who can operate across multiple dimensions simultaneously-building for two distinct customer segments (advertisers and creators) with different needs, navigating complex auction and budget mechanics, and driving alignment across engineering, data science, sales, and partner teams. You'll make high-judgment tradeoffs between creator experience and advertiser ROI, define the metrics that matter, and set the standard for how Amazon thinks about creator-powered advertising at scale.
The ideal candidate combines deep product instincts with strong business acumen, thrives in ambiguity, and has a track record of launching and scaling products that serve multi-sided marketplaces. Experience in advertising, creator ecosystems, or commerce platforms is highly valued.
