Position Overview

The Junior Marketing Manager, North America (DTC & eCommerce) supports the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives across Direct-to-Consumer, Amazon, and Affiliate channels. This role helps adapt global strategies into locally relevant executions and contributes to driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversion through data-informed decision making.

This individual works closely with cross-functional teams and external agencies to help deliver a best-in-class digital customer experience. Responsibilities include supporting online merchandising, content execution, analytics, and full-funnel performance to contribute to the growth of BABOR’s eCommerce business.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Support the planning and implementation of North American DTC marketing initiatives and strategies.
• Assist in adapting global initiatives into locally relevant plans grounded in consumer insights, data, and media best practices.
• Help maintain the North America DTC marketing calendar and support the NA 360° Consumer Engagement Calendar.
• Support merchandising efforts across DTC websites, including content updates, pricing checks, product presentation, and cross/upsell opportunities.
• Create and build email newsletters and SMS marketing focused on conversion, retention, and lifecycle engagement.
• Stay current with usability and web design trends to contribute ideas for ongoing site optimization.

Customer Journey & Experience Optimization

• Partner with regional and global teams to identify friction points and support testing and optimization efforts.
• Assist in developing hypotheses, executing A/B tests, and analyzing performance to improve acquisition, retention, and overall CX.
• Help monitor customer behavior to ensure a seamless pre-purchase, purchase, and post-purchase experience.

Cross-Functional & Agency Management

  • Work closely with Brand, Creative, Operations, Customer Care, and Global teams to ensure cohesiveness across campaigns and site experiences.
  • Support external agency partners involved in media, performance marketing, content, digital execution, and affiliate programs.
  • Assist in collecting reports, monitoring performance, and ensuring alignment to business goals.

Analytics, Insights & Reporting

• Support tracking and analysis of eCommerce KPIs such as sessions, conversion rate, AOV, content adoption, open/click rates, and channel revenue.
• Assist with path-to-purchase analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor competitive activity, digital trends, and emerging platform behaviors to inform team strategy.
• Help prepare briefs, measurement frameworks, performance recaps, and internal presentations.

Campaign Development & Execution

• Support the development and execution of 360° campaigns tailored to North American audiences.
• Assist in coordinating timely launches, ensuring channel alignment (web, CRM, paid media, Amazon, affiliates, merchandising).
• Collaborate with the team to support campaign strategy and contribute to brand relevance and customer growth.

Commercial

• Assist in tracking revenue-related KPIs (sessions, conversion rate, AOV, repeat purchase rate).
• Help translate insights into tactical recommendations that support acquisition and retention.
• Ensure alignment between merchandising updates, CX improvements, and marketing activities to support financial outcomes.
• Contribute to forecasting, planning, and reporting processes across digital channels.
