The Role
Front Row Group is seeking a Sr. Director, DTC Affiliate & Performance Partnerships to build and lead a next-generation affiliate and performance PR offering that bridges our DTC, Amazon, and retail teams.
This role is highly strategic and foundational. You will be responsible for defining how affiliate and performance PR work together across channels, creating integrated programs that connect creator influence to conversion across DTC sites, Amazon, and key retail partners.
You will operate as both a capability builder and cross-functional leader, breaking down silos between teams and establishing affiliate as a core, enterprise-level growth driver for our brand partners. This includes developing scalable frameworks, aligning internal teams, and bringing innovative, full-funnel programs to market.
Key Responsibilities
  • Capability Building & Strategic Vision
  • Define and lead Front Row's DTC affiliate and performance PR strategy, establishing it as a core service offering across the organization.
  • Build a unified affiliate framework that connects DTC, Amazon, and retail affiliate efforts into a cohesive, full-funnel strategy.
  • Develop go-to-market positioning, service models, and scalable playbooks for integrated affiliate + performance PR programs.
  • Identify market opportunities and emerging trends across creator commerce, affiliate, and retail media to keep Front Row at the forefront of innovation.
  • Cross-Channel Integration (DTC + Amazon + Retail)
  • Bridge DTC and Amazon teams by aligning strategies, incentives, and execution across channels.
  • Design and implement full-funnel campaigns that drive traffic, conversion, and brand visibility across: DTC (Shopify & owned channels) Marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop) Retail partners (Sephora, Ulta, Target, etc.)
  • Ensure consistent measurement frameworks and attribution models across channels to understand true performance and incrementality.
  • Performance PR & Creator Partnerships
  • Lead the development of performance-driven PR and affiliate strategies that blend publisher partnerships and affiliate monetization.
  • Build relationships with key publishers, creator networks, and affiliate platforms to unlock new partnership opportunities.
  • Establish best practices for product seeding, gifting, paid placements, an affiliate-backed editorial activations that drive measurable ROI.
  • Client Leadership & amp; Growth
  • Act as a senior strategic advisor to clients, helping them understand and invest in integrated affiliate and performance PR strategies.
  • Lead client pitches and new business efforts, positioning Front Row's affiliate capability as a key differentiator.
  • Translate complex cross-channel strategies into clear, actionable plans that drive revenue and long-term growth.
  • Measurement, Innovation & Operations
  • Define KPIs and success frameworks that balance brand impact (PR) with performance outcomes (reach, affiliate revenue, ROAS, CAC).
  • Partner with internal tech and analytics teams to enhance tracking, attribution and reporting across fragmented ecosystems.
  • Continuously test and scale new approaches, including creator storefronts, paid affiliate, retail media integrations, and hybrid PR/commerce models.
  • Leadership & Internal Enablement
  • Serve as the internal leader connecting DTC, Amazon, retail, and performance marketing teams around a shared affiliate vision.
  • Build and mentor a team as the capability grows, establishing clear roless processes, and standards of excellence.
  • Educate internal stakeholders on the value and mechanics of integrated affiliate and performance PR programs.

Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, performance marketing, or digital media, with a strong emphasis on strategy and program ownership.
  • Proven experience building or scaling DTC affiliate programs, with working knowledge of Amazon and/or retail affiliate ecosystems.
  • Deep understanding of creator commerce, performance PR, and affiliate platforms ( Impact, Rakuten, Levanta, etc.).
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives that span multiple channels or business units.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience in attribution, incrementality, and performance measurement.
  • Excellent client-facing and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial, builder mentality with a passion for creating new capabilities and scaling them within an organization.
