Position Summary:

Fox is looking for a strategic and results-oriented Marketing Manager with expertise in scaling multi-brand paid media programs across Meta, Google, Amazon Ads, and emerging acquisition channels. This individual should have proven success managing full-funnel performance marketing strategies for both dealer-direct and DTC business models through disciplined budget allocation, channel mix optimization, and data-driven decision-making.

Position Responsibilities:


  • Paid media strategy and execution across Meta, Google, Amazon Ads, and emerging channels for all six brands
  • Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER) discipline - Break-Even MER, Actual MER, and MER Gap reporting at portfolio and brand level
  • Budget allocation, pacing, and channel mix decisions across dealer-direct and DTC funnels
  • Attribution, measurement, and incrementality testing in partnership with marketing operations and IT
  • Performance analytics and ad reporting cadence - weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with leadership
  • Creative briefing and feedback loops with brand managers, video production, and the Digital Experience Manager
  • Affiliate and creator partnership program development as a stretch responsibility

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:

  • General working knowledge of DSP, programmatic, and audience targeting
  • Technical integration understanding (pixels, APIs, server-side tracking, feeds)
  • MER and BE-MER frameworks (channel efficiency, portfolio reporting)
  • Campaign structure and scaling for mid-cap to large organizations
  • Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Brands, DSP)
  • GA4, attribution, and conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager)
  • A/B and multivariate (MVT) testing
  • Markdown and ad metadata (titles, descriptions, structured data, schema)
  • Excel modeling and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or Power BI)
  • Product feed management (Google Merchant Center, Amazon)
  • Affiliate platforms (Impact, Refersion, or similar)
  • Creative evaluation and variant briefing for performance
  • Coordination with brand and Digital Experience Manager, with message-match across ad and site experience

Position Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).


Experience:

5-7 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or growth marketing, with a proven track record managing multi-channel budgets across multiple brands or business models.
