The Medical Records Specialist is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of medical records requests from various sources, including patients, their authorized representatives, healthcare providers, and other organizations. This role also involves facilitating responses to patients' rights requests related to medical records, as outlined by HIPAA and other federal and state privacy laws. Beyond handling requests, Medical Records Specialists perform a range of administrative tasks associated with health information to support Amazon One Medical's services.
The ideal candidate for this position is someone who excels in organization, demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, and can effectively manage deadlines

This individual should thrive in a team environment, feeling comfortable both receiving and providing feedback across organizational boundaries.
