What Youll be Doing

Do you have a passion for helping others, solving problems, and creating a smooth customer experience? In this role, youll assist vehicle owners, prospective customers, and dealerships by providing thoughtful, accurate support across multiple communication channels. Whether youre helping with vehicle features, connected services, app support, warranty questions, recalls, maintenance guidance, or general ownership needs, youll help make each interaction feel easy, supportive, and genuinely helpful.

During a Typical Day, Youll

  • Answer incoming communications from customers through phone, chat, email, and other supported channels
  • Assist customers with vehicle features, ownership questions, warranty coverage, recalls, maintenance schedules, and service resources
  • Provide basic troubleshooting support for connected vehicle services, vehicle mobile app support, remote services, navigation, infotainment, and account access
  • Research customer questions using internal tools, knowledge resources, and documented procedures
  • Accurately document customer interactions, case details, and next steps in customer management systems
  • Help resolve customer concerns during the first interaction whenever possible
  • Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate support teams when additional research or follow-up is needed

What You Bring to the Role

  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • Automotive, technical support, troubleshooting, or product support experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to explain product, service, or technical information in a clear and helpful way
  • Computer experience and ability to navigate multiple systems while assisting customers
  • Secure, high speed wired internet connection (minimum 30 mbps)
