Food Runners & Back Waiters
Maison Premiere — Williamsburg, Brooklyn

James Beard Award–winning bar Maison Premiere is hiring experienced Food Runners and Back Waiters to join our team.

We are seeking hospitality professionals with a strong work ethic, polished demeanor, and a genuine desire to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-standards environment.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly between FOH and BOH

  • Interest in seafood, oysters, and learning our food program

  • A professional appearance and calm presence under pressure

  • Fine-dining or high-volume experience preferred

  • Genuine interest in craft cocktails, absinthe, wine, and seafood

  • A commitment to representing the Maison Premiere brand and hospitality standards

We are technique-driven and committed to responsibly sourced products. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow your knowledge of both food and beverage in a collaborative environment.

Availability:
