Make an Impact. Build Relationships. Solve Real Problems

Are you a customer service pro who enjoys solving problems and building meaningful relationships—not just handling calls? If you're ready to move beyond a typical call center environment and take ownership of customer experiences, this role at Amatrol could be your next step.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, solutions-driven Customer Service Representative to support our educational sales teams. In this role, you’ll work closely with customers and internal partners to deliver exceptional service and ensure every interaction counts.
What You’ll Do:
  • Be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email—resolving questions quickly and professionally.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with repeat customers.
  • Investigate and solve customer issues with critical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Support quoting processes and help coordinate international shipments.

What You Bring:
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional approach.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Associate degree preferred, but not required.

What We Offer:
  • Competitive benefits: medical, dental, vision.
  • 401(k) with company match.
  • 3 weeks PTO in your first year (growing to 5 weeks over time).
  • 7 paid holidays.
  • Company-paid life insurance and short-term disability.
  • A supportive team where your ideas and contributions matter.

Why Amatrol?
At Amatrol, we believe work should be meaningful—and enjoyable.
  • Work-Life Balance: No weekends, plus generous PTO and paid holidays
  • Positive Culture: Team events, lunches, and a collaborative environment
  • Career Growth: Opportunities to advance and access to our in-house eLearning (similar to Ivy Tech coursework)
  • Purpose-Driven Work: Help shape the future workforce through industry-leading training solutions

About Amatrol
For over 40 years, Amatrol has been a global leader in technical education solutions—helping individuals gain the skills they need to succeed in manufacturing, energy, and beyond. Join us and be part of a mission that truly makes a difference.
Please Note: Candidates must submit a current, chronological resume showing all work experience for consideration. Please contact Human Resources if you need any accommodations during the job application process due to a disability. Amatrol, Inc. is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
*This position is not eligible for placement by external recruiting firms or staffing agencies
