As a member of our machining team, you'll help produce high-quality components used in technical training systems shipped worldwide.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up and operating machining equipment to produce precision parts
  • Milling, turning, drilling, tapping, deburring, and performing bench operations
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications
  • Monitoring product quality throughout production
  • Troubleshooting defects and making adjustments as needed
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Performing routine machine and equipment maintenance
What We're Looking For

We're seeking dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing quality components.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of machining experience
  • Experience with milling, turning, drilling, tapping, deburring, and bench operations
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable attendance and ability to start work at 6:00 a.m.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and 50 lbs. occasionally
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Bonus Skills
  • CNC programming experience (required for higher-level machinist positions)
  • Advanced machining and setup experience
Schedule

44-hour work week - Monday to Thursday: 5:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., Fridays: 5:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
