18 ED Beds, 6 Obs Beds, 36 patient rooms

Average daily census 22, Annual volume 8,077

HM Physicians respond to Codes and RRTs

No Procedures Required

Employed Position with Benefits

Cardiology onsite M-F, general surgery, ortho surgery, teleICU, teleNephro, telePsych

Coverage model: 24 hours Physician coverage (12 hour shifts), 12 hours NP/PA rounding coverage

EMR: Epic

Duties and Responsibilities

Leads HM operations and provider performance by overseeing recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, quality documentation, and patient satisfaction initiatives to drive clinical and operational excellence.

Serves as a visible clinical leader and role model, collaborating with hospital administration, nursing, and regional teams to develop a shared vision, foster a culture of safety, and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.



About Warren Memorial Hospital: For 75 years, Warren Memorial Hospital has partnered with the community to improve health and wellness throughout Warren County, Virginia and beyond. Patients have come to our hospital for advanced surgical services, reliable cardiovascular care, diagnostic services, rehabilitation services, and much more. With 36 private patient rooms, 18 Emergency Department beds, Operating Rooms, a Cath Lab and expansive walking trails on a 150-acre campus, our facility is built to expand and develop to meet our community's changing needs.
