• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical capabilities, establishing individual treatment goals that align with their needs and aspirations.
• Maintain a manageable patient load to ensure quality interaction and personalized care for each individual.
• Develop and implement tailored rehabilitation plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and a variety of treatment modalities.
• Utilize hands-on techniques and contemporary protocols to facilitate motion and mobility improvements, focusing on non-invasive treatments whenever possible.
• Guide patients through personalized fitness and wellness programs designed to enhance strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Employ EMR software, particularly WebPT, for accurate record-keeping and patient monitoring.
• Motivate and engage patients throughout their recovery journey, fostering a positive therapeutic relationship that promotes adherence to treatment plans.
• Regularly evaluate treatment outcomes and adjust approaches based on individual progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, sharing insights and strategies that benefit overall outcomes.
• Document all interactions and treatment processes comprehensively to support continuity of care.

Our clinic primarily serves an outpatient population, encompassing individuals of all ages dealing with various orthopedic issues, post-surgical recovery, sport-related injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Your expertise as a Physical Therapist will directly impact their recovery experience, fostering improvements in mobility and returning them to their daily lives with renewed confidence.

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active Physical Therapist license in California, with a clean record absent of sanctions or board actions.
• Strong command of a range of manual therapy techniques, demonstrating skill in employing therapeutic modalities to benefit diverse patient needs.
• Exceptional abilities in devising and implementing effective exercise programs tailored to individual patient requirements.
• Proficiency in utilizing EMR software, particularly WebPT, contributing to efficient documentation and streamlined workflow.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current physical therapy methodologies and an ongoing commitment to professional development.

• Previous experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting, particularly with orthopedic patients.
• Familiarity with sports medicine protocols is highly desirable.
• A demonstrated history of achieving successful treatment outcomes in patient rehabilitation.

Amal Rehab Therapy offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
