Responsibilities:
● Ensures that all ecommerce needs are met in a timely manner.
● Ensure that all orders are filled in the highest quality of manner- neatly, packaged properly, handwritten note, etc.
● Orders all supplies that are needed for shipping and fulfilling online orders while keeping in mind to maintain an emergency stockpile for any unforeseen hot market events.
● Captures any ecommerce pictures for the website that vendor images could not be provided.
● Review the Alumni Hall website consistently to validate product image accuracy.
● Training staff on how to properly fulfill orders using the ecommerce training manual.
● Communicating any ecommerce needs to the Ecom team, store manager, and district manager.
● Ensures that the BOPIS rack is in date and reaches out to the customers that have not picked up expired orders.
● Damages out or final sale items that are not Ecom worthy to keep inventory accurate.
● Participates in the monthly meetings on hot/new Ecom topics.
● Ensures that all Ecom returns and exchanges that are mailed back are handled properly.
● Stays knowledgeable on what is currently available on the drop ship menu.
● Assist on the sales floor when needed.
● Be involved in the inventory management process & correct issues as needed- auditing, receiving, inventory adjustments, etc.
● Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to ensure protection of all company assets.
● Count, receive, and tag store merchandise properly by utilizing vendor packing slips.
● Ensure that all new merchandise is received and placed on the sales floor in a timely manner.
● Assist in daily merchandise replenishments utilizing necessary sales reports.
● Maintain an organized, clean, and neat stockroom.
● Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to ensure protection of all company assets.
● Ability to open and close the store and handle deposits.
● Ensure that all Ecommerce orders are filled and processed in a timely manner per company standards (as needed).
● Perform related duties as required while excelling in attention to detail to succeed in properInventory Management.
● Develop a working knowledge of collegiate sports and local university activities.
