We are seeking experienced Drill Rig Operators to join our team based in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role involves operating truck and track-mounted drill rigs (including CZM, Spiradrill, and Altec models) on various construction and geotechnical projects across the Southeastern Region of NC, SC, Georgia, and Virginia. Location: Raleigh, NC (travel required throughout the Southeastern region)

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain truck and track-mounted drill rigs on assigned projects
  • Travel to job sites throughout the Southeastern U.S.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and project-specific codes
  • Perform routine inspections and report maintenance needs for vehicles and equipment
  • Attend and participate in weekly toolbox safety meetings
  • Maintain accurate records of drilling activities as needed

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience operating drill rigs (CZM, Spiradrill, Altec) required
  • CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) required
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and mechanical systems
  • Willingness to travel regularly
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
