This is a unique opportunity to shape how a growing healthcare company leverages AI for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

AI Workflow Development & Implementation

●       Design and build custom AI automation workflows using Claude and related tools

●       Develop intelligent agents and automations that handle patient intake, assignment workflows, email triage, form processing, and reporting

●       Build monitoring systems and exception-handling workflows to catch failures before they impact operations

Stakeholder Engagement & Process Optimization

●       Partner with operational leaders to map workflows, identify pain points, and prioritize automation opportunities

●       Conduct interviews and working sessions with end users to understand their day-to-day challenges

●       Translate complex, messy real-world processes into reliable, scalable AI systems

●       Embed with teams during implementation to understand workflows firsthand and iterate based on feedback

Deployment & Team Enablement

●       Train teams on new AI workflows and provide ongoing support for adoption

●       Create documentation and runbooks for teams to manage and optimize their AI automations

●       Monitor system performance and continuously improve automations based on usage and feedback

●       Iterate on systems over time as business needs evolve

Compliance, Security & Governance

●       Build safeguards and review layers into AI workflows, especially for sensitive or regulated operations

●       Ensure all automations comply with HIPAA, data privacy, and healthcare regulations

●       Implement proper access controls, audit trails, and approval workflows

●       Document architecture, logic, and decision-making in AI systems for accountability and compliance

Travel to support other business leaders’ AI automation workflows is expected to be approximately 40%, including overnight travel as required.

Qualifications

●       Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional sales experience.

●       Experience in healthcare, laboratory diagnostics, medical device, physician services, healthcare technology, or other B2B sales environments is preferred.

●       Pharmaceutical sales experience is welcome but is not required.

●       Proven ability to generate new business while managing and growing existing accounts.

●       Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

●       Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

●       Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.

●       Valid driver's license and willingness to travel approximately 50%.

What We Offer

●       Competitive base salary.

●       Performance-based bonus and growth opportunities.

●       Health, dental, and vision insurance.

●       401(k) with company match.

●       Paid time off and company holidays.
