Who we are looking for

The Alpha Head of Cash Service Product Development and Strategy, Managing Director role is responsible for the vision for the evolution of the Alpha Cash Services product suite. This leader will focus on driving the product development strategy and oversight of cash product enablement. This global business lead is responsible for managing an effective business across senior leadership within Global Delivery, Global Sales, Global Client Management, Alpha organizations, and our technology partners.

What you will be responsible for

  • Own end-to-end product ownership of the Cash Services portfolio, with accountability for product vision, strategy, roadmap execution, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Drive a decisive shift from implementation-led solutioning to product-centric thinking, embedding full product lifecycle ownership and long-term value creation across Cash Services.
  • Define, maintain, and govern the Cash Services product roadmap, ensuring prioritization is driven by client value, scalability, and strategic impact rather than client-specific delivery demands.
  • Provide executive leadership and oversight of the Cash Product Optimization organization, ensuring the team operates as a true product development function focused on feature design, roadmap execution, scalability, and reuse.
  • Partner with Global Implementation and Global Delivery leadership to ensure alignment on roles, responsibility and operating guardrails across our internal organization to collectively drive success.
  • Lead a team of experienced Product Owners to ensure disciplined backlog management, prioritization, and agile execution, with accountability for roadmap delivery and business outcomes.
  • Embed a customer-centric product discipline across all product artifacts, documentation, and publications to support adoption and reduce reliance on reactive triage.
  • Define and operationalize product success metrics, shifting focus from delivery-based measures to adoption, engagement, ROI, and long-term outcomes.
  • Serve as senior decision authority for complex or cross-cutting cash use cases, ensuring product-aligned and scalable solutions.
  • Partner with Sales, Solutions, and Client Management teams to support growth and commercialization while reinforcing standard product capabilities.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across technology, architecture, operations, risk, compliance, and implementation.
  • Own organizational planning, capacity strategy, and budget oversight for Cash Product Development and Optimization.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • 15+ years in financial services, either in front office, middle office, capital markets, trading, operations and/or client service
  • Proven change management abilities delivering successful outcomes on transformation initiatives
  • Significant understanding of Alpha Enterprise
  • Experience in developing, implementing Alpha and/or relative middle office services
  • Proven track record in driving innovative products from ideation through design and development (preferably within large, complex organizations), inclusive of commercial considerations
  • Experience working with asset management, asset owner, insurance company clients
  • Excellent presentation, communications, collaboration and influencing skills
  • Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external partners and stakeholders
  • Up to 25% travel required for both internal management and client purposes.
  • MBA and/or CFA are a plus

Salary Range:

$170,000 - $267,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
