Job description

The Account Executive is responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients and strengthening existing relationships through daily load execution. With a strong understanding of the supply chain, you'll deliver tailored solutions that meet each client's unique needs. This role involves managing complex sales cycles and offering customized, high-value services to small and mid-sized businesses, with an emphasis on transactional freight opportunities. It's a dynamic, consultative sales position where your expertise will directly impact your success and fuel Ally's continued growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and manage your own book of business, acting as an entrepreneur within the organization.
  • Make daily outbound calls to customers and follow up on potential business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the Operations team to track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide accurate and competitive quotes to customers, keeping them informed with up-to-date information.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

COMPENSATION & OTE:
This role is offered a competitive base salary with uncapped commission earnings.
First year OTE (on-target-earnings): $100,000
