Full-Time Competitive Pay
Shoe Sensation is looking for an energetic Retail Store Manager who loves talking to people, thrives in sales, and leads with confidence. Our managers treat the store like their own—driving results, building strong teams, and creating Sensational customer experiences.
Responsibilities
• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales and service goals
• Deliver outstanding customer service from greeting to checkout
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards
• Process freight and execute seasonal floor sets
• Create and publish weekly store schedules
