Responsibilities

Welcoming New Clients: Provide a world-class onboarding experience for new policyholders, walking them through their new coverage and ensuring a seamless transition.

Document Processing: Collect, verify, and process necessary onboarding documents, trailing documents, and signatures required to finalize new business policies.

Pipeline Management: Monitor new business applications closely, ensuring all underwriting requirements are met and deadlines are satisfied.

Customer Service: Answer incoming client calls and digital messages, addressing policy setup concerns and delivering exceptional service.

Client File Maintenance: Keep accurate, up-to-date client electronic records, logging all phone calls, emails, and interactions between clients and sales agents.

Product Knowledge: Learn our insurance products inside and out to confidently answer coverage setup and processing questions.

Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with sales agents to smoothly transition accounts from the "sold" phase into active, fully compliant policies.

Requirements

Licensing: A Property & Casualty (P&C) license or Personal Lines license is required prior to the start date.

Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills with a strong ability to multi-task, follow through, and follow up on pending paperwork.

Coachability: Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and open to continuous training.

Positive Attitude: Maintain an upbeat, enthusiastic, and empathetic attitude with customers and teammates at all times.

Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and professional phone/email etiquette.

Salary + Bonus: $42,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Experience Level: 1 year of office, processing, or insurance experience preferred
