Client Support Assist with answering phones, scheduling appointments, and providing basic policy information.

Sales Assistance Prepare quotes, gather customer details, and support licensed agents with follow up tasks.

Policy Processing Help with documentation, data entry, and updating customer records.

Marketing Support Participate in outreach campaigns, social media content prep, and community engagement projects.

Learning & Development Complete training modules, shadow team members, and gain exposure to P&C and life insurance products.

Current enrollment in a college or university program, or recent completion of a relevant degree.

Strong interest in insurance, sales, customer service, or business operations.

Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Basic computer skills, including comfort with email, online tools, and simple data entry.

Ability to learn new systems, processes, and product details quickly.

Professional, dependable, and comfortable speaking with customers and teammates.

Availability to work on-site in Southaven, Mississippi.

Prior experience in customer service, office support, or sales is a plus.

Familiarity with insurance concepts or licensing requirements is preferred.
