Job Description Interventional Cardiologist Opportunity in Northeast Alabama Position Overview: Role: Interventional Cardiologist (MD/DO) Practice Type: Hospital-employed Ideal Candidate: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology Open to New Graduates (2024) H1b & J-1 Visa Candidates Welcome (with comprehensive visa support) Practice Details: Part of a growing, 300+ bed hospital featuring a Heart Center, SICU, 2 Cath Labs, and a cardiac CCU Joining a team of 5 Interventional Cardiologists, aiming to expand to 6 Inpatient/Outpatient mix Call Schedule: 1:6 EMR: Paragon (an AllScripts product) Note: No structural cardiology cases due to lack of surgical backup Compensation & Benefits: Model: Income Guarantee for 2 years plus Production Bonus Salary: $650,000+ (Depending on Experience) Signing/Commencement Bonus: Up to $100k signing bonus. 50% at signing, 50% at start (NEG!)
