Job description

Zachary Piper Solutions is hiring a Strategic Space Planner that will primarily support a team of other planners in Ft. Belvoir, Virginia. The Strategic Space Planner is responsible for preparing and performing Facility Design solutions. This is a great opportunity in the Ft. Belvoir. This role requires a CI Polygraph. Responsibilities for the Strategic Space Planner: * The Strategic Space Planner shall provide strategic space utilization assessments, space planning and space allocation planning to anticipate and respond to emerging mission requirements.
* Develop, execute, track, report, and maintain strategic space plans through completion and meeting customer requirements and Strategic Facilities Plans. * Conduct trend analyses to determine efficiencies in space utilization.
* Support meetings and conferences as directed.
* Support the semi-annual seat audit that validates occupancy levels based on automated workforce updates.
Required Qualifications for the Space Planner: * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in related field
* Proficiency in AutoCad required
* Experience in Revit Builder, Archibus, or other similar softwares
* 8+ years of experience
* TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly
Compensation for the Space planner: * Salary range: $50-$65 an hour *depending on experience*
