Job description

This position is designated as a hybrid role based out of our headquarters near Portland, Oregon. The current expectation is for employees to work onsite four days per week, subject to change based on business needs. This in-office requirement may be adjusted at the discretion of the company.

The Regional Omni Planner manages the development and execution of seasonal replenishment forecasts at the account's category, style, and style/color level in order to achieve financial goals. Monitors, reviews, and maintains replenishment forecasts throughout the planning horizon. Effectively communicates forecast confidence, opportunities, and risks to key stakeholders.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Develops pre-season replenishment forecasts. Uses company's planning processes to create detailed seasonal and monthly replenishment forecasts for assigned accounts.
  • Plans and facilitates an in-person forecast review meeting with the Account Buying/Planning team and Sales management once per season. Participates in the formal Demand Plan review meetings.
  • Manages in-season replenishment forecast process and execution. Proactively manages the replenishment forecast based on week-to-week selling results. Creates and maintains ladder plans to validate and revise in-season forecasts.
  • Identifies and resolve any reoccurring issues both internally and externally with customers. Drives consensus for inventory issues with internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Communicates forecast variance and inventory issues. Monitors and manages demand plan, supply plan, and inventory to ensure fill rate and inventory targets are met. Creates analysis and reporting on shipping.
  • Provides input for decision making. Gathers data. Analyzes and provides direction for all aspects of customer seasonal replenishment forecast.
  • Communicates with customers to insure mutual business goals are being achieved through regular management of the forecast. Works closely with Account sales representatives, Account Services, and Account Logistics to problem solve and provide recommendations for solutions on business processes.
  • Provides feedback on continuous improvement for planning systems, business processes, and reports.
  • Actively participates in offsites to establish best practices and create efficiencies.

YOU HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Management, or equivalent experience is required.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in enterprise and/or global planning, forecasting, supply chain, analytics, and/or related fields preferred.
  • Inventory Management experience preferred.
  • Possess knowledge of merchandising, buying, product allocation, and retail sales analysis
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets, charts and pivot tables; proficiency using formulas.
  • Experience analyzing data through Business Intelligence and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau experience preferred).
  • General knowledge of retail math and pricing strategies, particularly open-to-buy and the financial planning process at the retail level.
