Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation of the company's income statement across two business segments.

  • Validate segment submissions for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to corporate accounting policies.

  • Prepare consolidated P&L reporting packages, variance analyses, and commentary for senior finance leadership.

  • Support the global forecast and budget cycles by coordinating inputs, aligning assumptions, and ensuring segment data integrity.

  • Develop and maintain consolidation models and standardized reporting templates.

  • Partner with segment finance teams to understand drivers of performance, review key variances, and resolve data issues.

  • Assist in preparation of materials for executive leadership, board meetings, and external stakeholders as required.

  • Support system enhancements, automation initiatives, and process improvements related to consolidation and reporting.

  • Ensure alignment with accounting policies, corporate reporting guidelines, and internal controls.

Education requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA or CPA preferred.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

  • 5-7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial consolidation within a global organization.

  • Strong understanding of income statement structure, consolidation concepts, and multisegment reporting.

  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with enterprise consolidation/reporting tools (e.g., HFM, OneStream, SAP BPC).

  • Ability to synthesize complex financial data and provide clear, concise insights.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholdermanagement capabilities.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to process rigor and continuous improvement.
