Mello Transmission Company is seeking a dedicated and dependable Allison Transmission Technician to join our team. We specialize exclusively in Allison transmissions and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong mechanical aptitude, and is eager to build a long-term career with a growing family-owned business.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, repair, rebuild, and service Allison transmissions
  • Perform transmission removals and installations
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical transmission issues
  • Complete inspections and accurately document findings
