Position: Mental Health Counselor โ€“ Crisis Stabilization
Wage Range: $80,280 - $101,136 annually

Role Description
Join our Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) team and make an immediate impact in the lives of individuals experiencing behavioral health crises. As a Mental Health Counselor, you'll provide compassionate, evidence-based assessment, individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, care coordination, and discharge planning in a 24/7 residential crisis stabilization setting. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll help residents stabilize, connect with community resources, and transition successfully to ongoing care. This position also offers the opportunity to become a Washington State Designated Crisis Responder (DCR) and play a vital role in supporting individuals during some of their most critical moments.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
  • Eligible to serve as a Mental Health Professional in Washington State.
  • Washington State Agency Affiliated Counselor credential required (or ability to obtain as required); independent licensure (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, etc.) preferred.
  • Ability to obtain Designated Crisis Responder (DCR) certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Strong clinical assessment, crisis intervention, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Valid Washington driver's license, acceptable driving record, and ability to travel locally as needed.
