Job Description:

• Sort, count, weigh, and permanently identify hogs.
• Pen animals in appropriate segregation programs.
• Learn and apply Tyson Pork Procurement Programs, carcass merit information, and harvest sheet processes.
• Understand weight docks and buying procedures, including long-term contractual agreements.
• Act as a station relief buyer in the absence of the manager for vacation or training purposes.
• Ensure compliance with all Tyson SOPs for animal handling, safety protocols, and USDA regulations.
