Allergy RN - Float

Position Details:

  • Full-Time, 40 hours per week.
  • Locations: Naperville, Glen Ellyn, Lombard, Joliet, Lockport, Bloomingdale, Orland Park
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, variable hours based on clinic schedule; occasional Saturday support

Job Summary:
The Float Registered Nurse (RN) - Allergy provides clinical support across multiple allergy clinic locations. This role assists providers in delivering high-quality patient care, manages patient flow, and ensures efficient clinic operations. The RN will support rooming and discharging patients, performing allergy skin testing, and completing administrative tasks such as faxes, school forms, and in-basket messages. Flexibility to travel between clinic sites is required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Room patients, obtain vital signs, and collect medical histories

  • Assist providers with patient care, procedures, and allergy skin testing

  • Discharge patients and provide education and visit instructions

  • Manage clinical in-basket messages and patient communications

  • Complete faxes, school forms, and other administrative documentation
