Job description

Job Summary:
Booz Allen Hamilton is looking for a University – Site Reliability Engineer to join their Platform Engineering team. The role involves building resilient infrastructure, implementing monitoring tools, and automating processes to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
Responsibilities:
• Work with us as we help support Booz Allen's internal operations and employees with reliable tools and processes.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Experience with Linux systems, containerization, and Kubernetes
• Experience with monitoring tools, including Prometheus, Grafana, or Dynatrace, and logging systems
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and IaC tools
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor's degree in a CS or Software Engineering field by Spring 2026
• U.S. citizenship is required
Preferred:
• Experience with developer experience tools such as Backstage
