In this role, you'll partner with leaders throughout the credit union to design data solutions, build reporting and dashboards, enhance data quality, and create the analytics infrastructure needed to support our continued growth and success.What You'll DoDevelop and enhance enterprise business intelligence solutions that support strategic and operational decision-making.Design, build, and maintain data warehouses, data models, dashboards, and reporting environments.Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for improved data visibility, accessibility, and insight generation.Translate business needs into actionable analytics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.Improve data governance, quality, consistency, and usability across the organization.Support and train users on BI tools and reporting capabilities.Help establish a data-driven culture by enabling fact-based decision making throughout the credit union.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for a curious problem solver who enjoys working with both data and people.
