Job description

Overview BLUEHAWK is seeking a Mid-Level CI-HUMINT Analyst to support a newly awarded long-term contract supporting the U.S. Army and Intelligence Community. This position provides strategic counterintelligence and HUMINT analysis to support force protection, mission planning, and the identification of foreign intelligence threats targeting U.S. interests, Defense Critical Infrastructure, and Department of Defense operations. The selected candidate will leverage all-source intelligence to develop timely intelligence products, support collection and targeting efforts, and provide actionable intelligence that enables operational and strategic decision-making. Responsibilities * Prepare intelligence reports, assessments, and briefings supporting command mission planning and force protection.
* Identify asymmetric threats, foreign intelligence threats, and vulnerabilities affecting U.S. interests within the Area of Responsibility (AOR).
* Assess and monitor internal security conditions impacting military operations and force protection.
* Produce threat assessments, trend analyses, information papers, and executive-level intelligence products.
* Integrate HUMINT, CI, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and other intelligence disciplines to produce finished all-source intelligence.
* Support the development of CONOPS, OPLANs, OPORDs, and strategic collection management plans.
* Conduct complex CI analytic production supporting Army Counterintelligence missions against foreign intelligence entities (FIEs).
* Analyze threats to Defense Critical Infrastructure (DCIP), DoD supply chains, emerging technologies, and foreign technical collection capabilities.
* Support CI-HUMINT targeting, collection planning, operational synchronization, and intelligence oversight activities.
* Apply Intelligence Community analytic tradecraft standards to support current and future full-spectrum operations.
* Prepare executive briefings and provide intelligence recommendations to senior military and government leadership. Qualifications Education * Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
Required Clearance * Active TS/SCI Clearance.
* Must be willing to successfully complete and maintain a Counterintelligence-Scope Polygraph.
Required Certifications (One Required) * DoD Intelligence Fundamentals
* Certified Defense All-Source Analyst (CDASA Level I & II)
* Certified Collection Management Professional - Fundamentals (CCMP-F)
* Intelligence Planner Certification
Military/Government Training One or more of the following: * U.S. Government All-Source Intelligence MOS or equivalent analytical certification
* Joint CI/HUMINT Analysis and Targeting Course (HT-JCOE)
* DIA Targeting Officer Course / Fundamentals of HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC)
* Intelligence Community equivalent training
Experience Requirements * 10+ years of experience in CI-HUMINT analysis, management, or leadership.
* 5+ years supporting strategic Military Intelligence or Intelligence Community organizations conducting CI-HUMINT analysis.
* 3+ years analyzing regional and functional CI-HUMINT topics involving:
* Foreign intelligence threats
* Defense Critical Infrastructure Program (DCIP)
* DoD supply chains
* Emerging technologies
* Foreign technical intelligence threats
Desired Skills * Strong knowledge of Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) 203, 206, 300, 501, 704, and 707.
* Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience producing executive-level intelligence reports, assessments, and briefings.
* Understanding of intelligence collection management, targeting methodologies, and force protection operations.
