World Truck Towing & Recovery, Inc. is actively hiring a Roadside Diesel Service Technician to support our growing 24/7 roadside service operations. We are seeking reliable, motivated individuals for full-time and part-time positions serving local and surrounding areas who are ready to build their future, not just work a job.

Key Responsibilities
Roadside Diesel Service Technicians are responsible for diagnosing and repairing heavy-duty diesel trucks and equipment in roadside and emergency situations. This includes responding promptly to service calls, assessing mechanical issues, and performing on-site repairs such as electrical diagnostics, fuel system troubleshooting, brake repairs, and minor mechanical work.
Technicians must operate service vehicles safely, maintain tools and equipment, and follow all safety procedures. The role requires strong communication with dispatch and customers, accurate documentation of work performed, and the ability to work efficiently in various weather and roadside conditions, including emergency and after-hours situations.
You won't just fix trucks-you'll be the reason drivers get home safely.

Position Requirements
• Diesel repair experience (heavy-duty preferred)
• Class A CDL preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Good driving record (MVR) and insurable
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Must pass mandatory DOT-regulated 5-panel drug test, including THC
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently in roadside conditions

Experience
• Roadside service and/or heavy-duty diesel repair experience preferred
