All City Towing is hiring motivated, professional, and customer-focused Tow Truck Drivers to join our growing team.

If you enjoy driving, working independently, helping people in real time, and staying active in a fast-paced environment, this is a strong opportunity to build a long-term career with one of Arizona’s established towing companies.

No towing experience required — paid training is available for the right candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Operate light-duty tow trucks safely and efficiently
  • Respond to roadside assistance and towing calls
  • Load, transport, and unload vehicles safely
  • Communicate with dispatch, customers, and law enforcement
  • Complete digital paperwork and service documentation
  • Perform basic vehicle inspections and routine checks
  • Deliver professional customer service in stressful situations

Requirements

  • Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
