Overview

Salary Range $20.00 - $22.50 Hourly Position Type Full Time

Description

Job Responsibilities- INDY Shelf Set Support • Execute the implementation of approved Shelf Set Schematics in retail accounts. • Complete executed reset surveys as required by General Manager • Perform shelf resets reverse image placement in all completed resets • Sell-in shelf set benefits to retailers to support RH Barringer Set Captaincy • Assist ASM as needed in data collection related to resets • Maintain a call frequency and conduct follow-up calls on executed accounts to ensure schematic picture is maintained

Job Responsibilities- On Premise Account Calls- M360 support • Run a designated route each week to complete sales calls to capture surveys required by Anheuser Busch WEA. • Make a sales call to each customer and seek to grow the account's business • Inspect customer's inventory to ensure quality control measures are in place • Place Point of Sale Material in the accounts as directed by General Manager • Ensure all required surveys are completed in accordance with AB WEA Guide-lines

Qualifications

Candidate Requirements

  • Communication Skills: High. Can communicate respectfully to address store issues to management.
  • Self Motivated: High. Can operate under minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to work until the entire job is done, including in adverse weather conditions, overtime, weekends and holidays as business dictates.
  • Good Math Skills Required/Capable of calculating margin/Mark-up percentages.
  • Personal: Pass the background check, drug test and physical capabilities test.
  • Driving: Valid and clean NC License and Insurance.
  • Adhere to all Federal and State regulations governing the sale and distribution of Alcoholic beverages in North Carolina.
