Job description

The Suites Supervisor is responsible for overseeing event day Food & Beverage operations of the Suites, Loge Boxes and Victory Club.
Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Coordinating and instructing part time employees to perform tasks and responsibilities according to management philosophy
  • Assist with on the job training
  • Take inventory of storage spaces to ensure they are fully stocked for any given event
  • Entering and closing guest checks using point of sales system
  • Restocking and delivering beverages, as well as monthly inventories.
  • Adhere to proper cleanliness, alcohol control and general safety guidelines within these areas by following State and Local Government regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service for all guests, maintain good working relationships with management and part time staff.
  • Ensure all food orders are delivered accurately, on time, and in accordance with established quality standards and customer expectations

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Must have excellent communication, customer service skills as well as exceptional attention to detail.
  • Food and Beverage experience is strongly preferred.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time including walking up and down stairs, pushing carts and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
    Must have 75% overall availability for events each month
  • Must be available to report up to four (4) hours prior to scheduled event times, depending on operational needs. Report times will vary by event.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
