Part-Time | Monday-Friday | Summer Position (June to Aug)

  • 12pm - 3pm, Monday-Friday schedule-no nights or weekends!

• Required Qualifications
  • At least 16 years old
  • Current Lifeguard Certification (Red Cross or Ellis & Associates)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass required background checks

Active Learning Centers is looking for certified, safety-focused, and energetic Lifeguards to join our summer team! If you enjoy working with kids, love being outdoors, and want a fun and meaningful seasonal job, this is the perfect fit.
At ALC, we believe in hands-on learning, active play, and creating unforgettable summer experiences for children in grades K-8. Our team is positive, supportive, and passionate about what we do-and we love to have fun!
• What You'll Do
  • Monitor and ensure the safety of campers during pool days, lake visits, and water-related field trips
  • Maintain a vigilant, safe environment by following all aquatic safety protocols
  • Support camp staff and engage positively with children in a friendly, encouraging way
  • Assist with basic pool rules, swimmer supervision, and group transitions
  • Serve as a calm, confident leader in and around the water
