Preferred Qualifications
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Proven ability to act as a technical authority and mentor junior engineers in a collaborative field environment.
  • Complex Project Delivery: Executes turnkey building automation solutions with minimal oversight, focusing on high‑quality field execution and resource management.
  • Advanced Integration & Networking: High skill-level proficiency in integrating diverse platforms and managing complex TCP/IP and wireless networking.
  • System Troubleshooting: Advanced diagnostic skills for resolving high‑level technical challenges in controls, sensors, and software, at the equipment and system level.
