Come join a dynamic, fast-paced watch center supporting 24x7 operations. In this mission-essential help desk role, you will maintain the customer's computers and networks, ensuring front-end systems continue to collect, process and transmit information vital to national decision makers and keeping our troops sate.

The contract has a current opening for a Level 2 SIGINT Development (SIGDEV) Analyst. You will provide support to optimize and maintain assigned customer accesses. The technology focus will be data and voice communications, including DR (voice/FAX), DNI and other advanced technologies over IP. To be considered for this position, candidates must understand the significance of their role within a 24x7 mission essential TTO and be able to support varying schedules at times to ensure mission coverage. We do our best to schedule around individual preferences, however candidates must be flexible with their schedule. Shifts range from day shift (0545-1345), swing shift (1345-2145) and mid shift (2145-0545) including weekends and holidays.

Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph).
Capabilities
  • Demonstrated experience using the Linux operating system, to include use of the command-line
  • FORNSAT experience is required
  • Front-end collection systems, to include survey systems
  • DNR/DNI collection and dataflow, including FOP configuration
  • Basic troubleshooting experience
  • Ability to follow basic SOPs and update documentation accordingly
  • Familiarity with commercial SATCOM technologies
  • Basic Communications Signals Collection and Processing Course (450)
Required Qualifications
  • TS/SCI with agency appropriate poly
  • At least five (5) years of demonstrated experience in and demonstrated knowledge of SIGINT development analytic support
  • Within the last seven (7) years, at least five (5) of the years of experience must have been with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communications
Desired Technical Skills
  • Intermediate Communications Signals Analysis Course (451)
  • Scripting experience (Bash, Shell and/or Python)
  • Familiarity with Apache NiFi
