  • Collaborate with in-house architects, ownership, construction managers, regional property managers, vendors, throughout all phases of a project.
  • Conduct field measurements and as-built documentation to verify existing conditions and incorporate field-verified information into construction documents.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail, quality, budget, and schedule.

  • Working knowledge of applicable building and accessibility codes and their impact on design and construction.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
  • Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to translate design concepts into practical, buildable solutions.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
