General Manager
Fairfield Inn & Suites – Tuscaloosa, AL

Lead the hotel. Own the results. Build the team.

You are accountable for the full operation of a Marriott select-service hotel. That includes revenue, labor, guest experience, and asset protection. This role is hands-on. You set the pace and the standard.

What you will do
• Run daily hotel operations across front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and breakfast
• Drive top-line revenue through pricing, inventory control, and local sales activity
• Manage labor to target. Control overtime. Schedule to demand
• Lead and develop the team. Hire, train, coach, and hold people accountable
• Deliver strong guest satisfaction scores and clean audit results
• Execute Marriott brand standards and pass QA inspections
• Own the P&L. Review weekly. Act on variances
• Maintain a safe, secure, and well-maintained property
• Work with ownership and regional leadership on performance plans

What success looks like
• Improved RevPAR index 
• Improved Guest satisfaction scores
• Labor cost within budget without service breakdown
• Low turnover in key roles
• Clean audits and brand compliance

What you bring
• 2+ years as a hotel General Manager or strong Assistant GM ready to step up
