Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding questions, issues, and requests related to company products and services
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide introductory and ongoing product information, including explanations of product manuals and service features
  • Troubleshoot customer issues, investigate concerns, and determine appropriate resolutions
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints while maintaining a positive customer experience
  • Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction with products or services received
  • Access, review, and update customer account information using internal databases
  • Maintain expert knowledge of company products, services, and policies
  • Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services that may benefit customers
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary
  • Experience assisting with prospecting, cold outreach, and maintaining accurate sales records
  • Assist the Sales Team with servicing existing accounts and supporting day-to-day account management activities
  • Manage new leads in HubSpot (Salesforce) and ensure accurate entry, tracking, and updates throughout the sales pipeline
  • Support onboarding of new customers, ensuring smooth transition from sales to implementation/service teams

Required Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1–3 years of customer service experience
  • Sales Administrator / Sales Development Representative
  • Strong reliability with the ability to maintain consistent attendance
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States (sponsorship is not available for this role)
