What are some common challenges AIX Admins face when managing system upgrades and how can they be addressed?

AIX Admins often encounter challenges during system upgrades, such as ensuring compatibility between new software versions and existing applications, minimizing downtime, and performing thorough pre-upgrade testing. To address these, it's essential to maintain detailed system documentation, plan upgrade windows during low-usage periods, and communicate closely with application owners and stakeholders.
