Position Summary

As a Nurse Practitioner in our Infusion Center, you will provide advanced clinical care to patients receiving specialty biologic and disease-modifying therapies.

Working alongside physicians, pharmacists, and infusion nurses, you will perform patient assessments, develop treatment plans, interpret laboratory results, provide patient education, and support the safe delivery of infusion therapies. As your experience grows, you will function with increasing clinical autonomy while remaining aligned with Arizona scope-of-practice requirements.

What You'll Do
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including histories, physical examinations, and clinical evaluations
  • Interpret laboratory and diagnostic results to support treatment decisions
  • Develop and manage individualized plans of care in collaboration with prescribing providers
  • Oversee specialty biologic and disease-modifying infusion and injectable therapies
  • Monitor patients for infusion-related reactions and changes in condition
  • Provide education to patients and caregivers regarding therapies, side effects, and disease management
  • Document clinical encounters accurately and timely, including ICD-10 and CPT coding
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and reimbursement teams to coordinate care
  • Support clinical quality initiatives, protocol development, and process improvement efforts
Qualifications Required
  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program
  • Current or eligible collaborative/supervisory agreement, if applicable
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong interest in specialty infusion, chronic disease management, or outpatient procedural care
Preferred
  • Previous infusion, biologic therapy, or outpatient clinical experience
  • Experience with chronic disease management
  • Exposure to ambulatory care or infusion center settings
